Job Description
Globacom is Nigeria's Second National Operator Providing GSM, Fixed, Broadband and Gateway Services with Subsidiaries in Nigeria, Republic of Benin, Ghana and other West African countries.
The company needs capable professionals who can fill various positions in Glo1 and Glo Gateway.
Experience
• 11-14 sales experience out of which 3-4 years experience out of which 3-4 years should be in training.
• Relevant University degrees are required for all positions
• Relevant Post graduate or professional qualification will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
• Create an annual training calendar for the entire sales team
• Identify training needs at team levels, Identify and negotiate with training vendors
• Measure skill enhancement through post training evaluation.
