Job Description

Globacom is Nigeria's Second National Operator Providing GSM, Fixed, Broadband and Gateway Services with Subsidiaries in Nigeria, Republic of Benin, Ghana and other West African countries.

The company needs capable professionals who can fill various positions in Glo1 and Glo Gateway.

Experience

• 7-10 years experience in Program Management in a leading telecoms/ISP company
• Additional certification and/or certification from Cisco/Nortel/Avaya and Microsoft will be a key advantage
• Relevant University degrees are required for all positions
• Relevant Post graduate or professional qualification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Program management of end to end connectivity and commissioning of customer order to service acceptance for Glo1 services.
• Coordinate with vendors for feasibility on internal or 3rd party last mile on radio/fibre solutions.
• Create and share escalation matrix with the customer and initiate dashboards during project stage for internal escalations
• Generate systems, processes and policies for program management
