Job Description
Globacom is Nigeria's Second National Operator Providing GSM, Fixed, Broadband and Gateway Services with Subsidiaries in Nigeria, Republic of Benin, Ghana and other West African countries.
The company needs capable professionals who can fill various positions in Glo1 and Glo Gateway.
Experience
* 8-12 years experience with at least 4 years relevant experience in a leading carrier and broadband company
* Relevant University degrees are required for all positions
* Relevant Post graduate or professional qualification will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
* Manage and guide the enterprise customer service team towards its objective of providing world class customer delight and experience with Glo1
* Evolve best practices by providing customer with service call support, billing query, grievance handling, etc
* Drive up-selling and cross selling initiatives
